Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping Rates are based on your location, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • United Arab Emirates: 3-6 days
    During peak times, delivery may take up to 14 days.
  • Other Countries: 6-14 days
    During peak times and inconveniences, delivery may take up to 25 days.

Customers will be informed by email about any shipping updates.

All orders are usually shipped within 2-14 business days of the purchase date.

Please note the following:

  1. Taxes and Duties:

    • Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These charges are determined by the customs agency in the destination country.
    • The customs agency will notify the recipient via mail, phone, or email regarding payment of these charges to allow the shipment to proceed.
    • All applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duties payable, but your local customs office should provide an estimate.
    • Pupilsy Jewelry is not responsible for any actions, costs, taxes, or delays resulting from customs procedures beyond our control.

  2. Delivery Times:

    • Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may be impacted by payment authorization, stock availability, or customs delays.
    • We do not deliver to post office boxes.
    • Any delays caused by force majeure circumstances are beyond the responsibility of Pupilsy Jewelry.

  3. Order Tracking:

    • All orders are fully traceable through UPS.

  4. Notes:

    • Pupilsy Jewelry is not responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure all mailing addresses are complete and correct at checkout.
    • Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests or changes, as packages are often dispatched the same day.
